Normal Office Hours: The Alliance office is staffed Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. We welcome phone calls and visitors 09:30 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday. Every effort is made to monitor telephone calls on Fridays. Please note that a message service is in operation at all times. All messages are logged and will be followed up by the appropriate member of staff as soon as possible
